The rotor accessory is divided into two parts: rotor head and rotor bearing

1. Rotor head: it is the most critical process component of rotor spinning machine, from which the name of spinning machine comes. The rotor head is made of steel and aluminum. Diamond coating is attached to the inner and outer surfaces, and special condensation grooves with different angles are designed inside to achieve suitable spinning of OE yarns with different count and grid. JSM has designed a unique shape of steel rotor, which makes the quality of OE yarn better than that of aluminum rotor. The service life of the rotor is longer!

2. Rotor bearing:The high-speed rotor bearings specially manufactured by JSM come from high-quality materials, specially customized high-precision processing equipment, and scientifically and strictly controlling various technical indexes. The bearing is featured by double-groove double-row ball design, stable operation; multi-laminated seal, high efficiency dustproof; addable grease, long service life and easy maintenance; sorting and assembly availability, excellent precision and stability. Many users can use 105,000 rpm all year round, and the damage rate within one year is not more than 5%.
